I’m a qualified hypnotherapist and founder of Spirit Hypnotherapy™, where every session is designed to help you release old emotional patterns and return to your natural state of peace.
My work grew out of years of both personal and professional healing — exploring trauma, the subconscious, and the deep stillness found through non-dual awareness. Over time, I realised that most people don’t need to be “fixed” — they simply need to feel safe enough to remember who they are beneath the noise of the mind.
From this realisation, The Spirit Hypnotherapy Method™ was born. It blends intuitive hypnotherapy, trauma-informed understanding, and spiritual presence — guiding you to heal through awareness rather than control.
Every session invites the body to soften, the mind to rest, and the heart to open. Whether we’re working with anxiety, grief, self-worth, or spiritual growth, the process always leads back to the same place — coming home to yourself.

Face To Face Sessions

In-person hypnotherapy sessions are available at my therapy spaces in Ashby de la Zouch or Tamworth. Where needed, home visits can also be arranged with care and understanding.

Online Sessions

Online hypnotherapy is equally effective and allows you to experience deep healing and transformation from the comfort of your own space.

Group Sessions

Join a small and supportive group setting where I gently guide you into hypnosis. Together we explore healing and transformation, creating space for meaningful and lasting positive change.
